Award Winning (!) FOMD AGM (Wednesday 29.10.25)

I have booked the Hare & Hounds Pub (far right-hand side as you come through the main entrance will be curtained off for us) from 17:00 hours to 19:00 hours (but I don’t anticipate it lasting 2hrs).

• Everyone volunteer is welcome of course but please get back to me to confirm your attendance to help with arrangements.
• For reference I have sent the draft minutes of our last meeting (29.5.25).

We haven’t planned to have a meal on this occasion but you are welcome to if you want of course. Diane suggested we should try and organise a Christmas meal at some stage.

We normally plan to have six meetings (one every two months) a year and this will only be our fourth, mainly due to prioritising all the successful crowdfunding meetings we’ve been having instead!

Consequently, this is our annual general meeting (AGM) which is the same as a normal meeting but with the addition of viewing our reported accounts and activities (2023/24).
