Can You Give ‘A Hand’ for Maghull’s Trees?
25 April 2023 @ 9:30 am - 10:30 am
| FreeJust One Hour for Maghull Please?
“The truth is, everyone of us, no matter who we are, or where we live, can and must play a part in restoring nature.” Sir David Attenborough.
Everyone is welcome to the Friends of Maghull & District’s (FOMD) next one hour session which will be at St Georges Primary School (Dennett Close, Liverpool L31 5P) on Tuesday (25.4.23) at 9:30, to undertake some maintenance work on the small trees we planted there last year. The work mainly involves adjusting any canes and guards and removing any weeds that have grown inside the guards. Please bring garden gloves. This small work makes a massive/invaluable difference to the survival and growth of the trees. More information at: www.fomd.co.uk (events section).
Thank you to everyone who has given a series of 1 hour sessions over recent weeks at Old Hall Park, the improvements will make a huge difference.
Many Thanks,
FOMD
